8K a year Baker University is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Academic Records Assistant in a fast pace educational support environment.
This part-time position is located on the Baldwin City campus and reports to the Assistant Registrar.

) The Academic Records Assistant is the primary support for fulfilling transcript requests, verifying degrees of current and past students, and assisting walk-in traffic.
The position also supports various aspects of record keeping and reporting for the Baker University College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), the Undergraduate School of Education (USOE), and the School of Nursing (SON).
Graduation from high school is required with preference given to candidates having college credits or work experience in higher education.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, be detail and process oriented, deadline motivated, and have a working knowledge of database systems (such as CampusVue) and computer applications software.
