Do you radiate positive energy and love providing the highest level of customer service? Do love being a bright spot in someone's day? We are seeking someone to be the first impression patients have of our office who is professional, polished, and warm-hearted.
We have a modern dental practice in an amazing community with talented team members and the best patients in the world.
Strong preference for the position will be given to candidates with dental experience.
If no dental experience, then at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or hospitality/customer service with a high level of motivation to learn.
Responsibilities include organizing the schedule, assisting patients over the phone and in person, taking payments, working with dental insurance, and having an in-depth knowledge of dental software (Open Dental).
Business hours for this position are M-W:
8-5, Th:
7-4.
(There may be some flexibility on which days.
) Baldwin City is a beautiful little town located 20 minutes from Lawrence, Gardner, or Ottawa.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
